What is Yuzu?

Yuzu is a Japanese citrus fruit with a flavor unlike anything else — bright, floral, and tart, somewhere between a lemon and a grapefruit with a fragrant twist. It's been a staple in Japanese and Korean cooking for centuries, and it's what makes this rub genuinely different. We built our Yuzu Rub around that signature citrus brightness layered over our Korean BBQ base — deep umami, a little heat, and a finish that makes everything it touches taste like it came from a very good restaurant.
