Yuzu Seared Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup Yuzu RubRub
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Neutral cooking oil

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, toss salmon with Yuzu RubRub and olive oil. Make sure every bit gets coated.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat with a drizzle of neutral oil.
  3. Sear skin-side down for 5–6 minutes, but careful not to burn. Once salmon skin is crispy, flip and finish for 2 minutes.
  4. Serve with a side of rice. Garnish with charred scallions, sesame seeds, and a drizzle of our Original Korean BBQ Sauce.
