Ingredients
- 1 lb salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup Yuzu RubRub
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Neutral cooking oil
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, toss salmon with Yuzu RubRub and olive oil. Make sure every bit gets coated.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat with a drizzle of neutral oil.
- Sear skin-side down for 5β6 minutes, but careful not to burn. Once salmon skin is crispy, flip and finish for 2 minutes.
- Serve with a side of rice. Garnish with charred scallions, sesame seeds, and a drizzle of our Original Korean BBQ Sauce.
