Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken thighs, sliced
  • ¼ cup Spicy RubRub
  • ¼ cup sesame oil
  • Neutral cooking oil

Directions

  1. Toss chicken with Spicy RubRub and sesame oil until fully coated.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat with a drizzle of neutral oil.
  3. Sear chicken for 5–6 minutes per side, until caramelized and cooked through.
  4. Slice and serve with rice and fresh cucumbers.
