Scallion Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup of Scallion RubRub
  • 2 tbsp of milk (optional)
  • 1 tbsp of butter or cooking oil

Directions

  1. Heat a pan over medium heat. Add butter or cooking oil.
  2. Crack eggs, then add Scallion RubRub and milk into a bowl to mix.
  3. Add scrambled eggs to pan and cook for 2-3 minutes. Stir constantly.
  4. Serve with pork or turkey bacon, or chicken sausage for added protein.
