Korean BBQ Ribeye or Brisket

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ribeye or brisket (thinly sliced works best)
  • ΒΌ cup Original RubRub spice rub
  • ΒΌ cup sesame oil
  • Neutral cooking oil
  • Original Anytime Sauce, for drizzling

Directions

  1. Toss beef with Original RubRub and sesame oil until evenly coated.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of neutral oil.
  3. Sear beef for 2–3 minutes per side, until caramelized and just cooked through. This cooks quickly, so keep an eye on it.
  4. Serve over rice or noodles with your favorite vegetables. Finish with a drizzle of Anytime Sauce.
