Korean BBQ Grilled Shrimp

A summer classic, reinvented with a spicy Korean BBQ twist. 


Start to Finish: 10 minutes

Serves: 4

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs whole U-10 shrimp
  • 6 tbsp RubRub Spicy
  • Neutral spray oil (canola, avocado, etc)

Directions

  1. Toss shrimp with neutral oil and RubRub Spicy until evenly coated.
  2. Heat grill to 400 °F. 
  3. Lightly oil the grill grates. Place shrimp directly on the grill. 
  4. Watch for hot spots. Turn and flip frequently for 5-6 minutes until lightly charred and cooked through.
  5. Serve warm with RubRub Kimchi Fried Rice and a crisp cucumber salad. Watch them disappear.
