A one-pan, fiery, better-than-takeout fried rice recipe you'll make on repeat.

Ingredients
- 2 cups chilled cooked rice
- ¼ cup of RubRub Spicy
- 1 ½ cups of chopped kimchi (save the liquid!)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 green onions
- Neutral cooking oilÂ
- Â 1 cup crushed roasted seaweed
Directions
- Heat a skillet over medium-high with butter. Add kimchi + a spoon of kimchi juice and cook until caramelized and golden. Remove and set aside.
- Clean the pan; heat neutral cooking oil. Add eggs and scramble gently. Stir in rice.
- Season with RubRub Spicy and sesame oil; mix well so every grain is flavor-coated.
- Stir in the caramelized kimchi. Mix again.
- Serve topped with sliced green onions and crushed seaweed. Add a fried egg on top for a yolk-y finish.
