Ingredients
- 1 lb of cubed beef tri-tip or tenderloin
- 4.5 tbsp RubRub Original
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Neutral spray oil (canola, avocado, etc)
Directions
- Toss beff cubes with RubRub and sesame oil until every piece is glistening and coated.
- Heat grill to 400 °F. Thread the beef onto metal or soaked wooden skewers.
- Oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
- Grill skewers, turning every couple minutes to chase that perfect char without burning. Brush with extra RubRub and sesame oil for even more flavor.Â
- After 7-8 minutes, they're smoky, caramelized, and ready to devour. Garnish with sesame seeds.
