Korean BBQ Beef Skewers

There's something magical about meat on sticks.

Serves: 2

Ingredients

  • 1 lb of cubed beef tri-tip or tenderloin
  • 4.5 tbsp RubRub Original
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Neutral spray oil (canola, avocado, etc)

Directions

  1. Toss beff cubes with RubRub and sesame oil until every piece is glistening and coated.
  2. Heat grill to 400 °F. Thread the beef onto metal or soaked wooden skewers.
  3. Oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
  4. Grill skewers, turning every couple minutes to chase that perfect char without burning. Brush with extra RubRub and sesame oil for even more flavor. 
  5. After 7-8 minutes, they're smoky, caramelized, and ready to devour. Garnish with sesame seeds.
